We accept ANCV holiday vouchers for bookings at the hotel.

Your credit card is used to guarantee the booking. Your card will not be debited when you make the booking, except if the booking is an offer and/or a room that requires immediate pre-payment and cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded. In this scenario, the full amount for the stay will be debited as a guarantee.
In all other scenarios, you'll pay directly at the hotel during the stay.

All incidentals (telephone, bar, etc.) must be settled at the hotel before your departure. Failure to pay for these services will result in a direct debit of the amounts owed.

Any booking of more than seven rooms is subject to group-specific terms and conditions of sale, available upon request.

Cancellations free are authorised until 06.00pm the date of arrival.

In the event of late cancellation or no show, the amount for the first night will be charged to the bank card given to guarantee the booking. Except with a booking as part an offer and/or a room that cannot be cancelled or refunded.
